   Hi, I’m Sam Lapin, and I have the pleasure of officiating weddings in all of Greater Cincinnati (including Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio).  In addition to my experience officiating weddings, I have a Master’s Degree in Speech Communication and am a Speech Teacher.
   As a husband, stepfather, and father of an adopted son, I understand the one-of-a-kind joys that come from marriage and family.
