Fees
For a service on location (at a reception hall, your home, etc.), use this table to calculate the fee. (See note below for low-income couples.)

WEDDING SERVICE: Includes me creating a customized wedding service that meets with your approval and up to one hour for performing the service. You provide me with the license and I file all paperwork. |

OVERTIME: For every fifteen minutes beyond one hour of the stated start time of the wedding service and for every fifteen minutes beyond 90 minutes of the stated start time of the rehearsal.* |
$20 for each 15 minutes. |
EXAMPLE: Using the chart above, the fee for a wedding and rehearsal in Mason, OH would be $210 ($100 for the service, $100 for the rehearsal, and $10 travel for two round-trips). If there was no rehearsal, it would be $105.
*I am sorry about the overtime fee, but I frequently have multiple weddings and rehearsals on the same day and need to be on time. If you invite me to a dinner or reception, that time will not count as overtime.
TIPPING: Occasionally a couple will offer a small tip, food from the reception to take home, gift card, or other gift. However, this is not expected.
SERVICE AT MY HOME: The fee for a simple wedding service at my Burlington, KY home is $50. (This includes me performing the service and filing the license - you provide me with the license and I file all paperwork.)
NOTE FOR LOW-INCOME COUPLES: Weddings can be expensive, but no couple should have to miss out on getting married just because of their income. If you are unable to afford the fees above, I will make my services available to you at a reduced fee or free of charge. No proof of income is required. Just let me know.
